I work at a wholesalers and we've been selling them now for over 6 weeks.

Now is good - Heidi's Halloween invites are out (30 kids - yes, she is mad) and my decorations will go up next weekend....

Definitely as soon as possible. The stores here have been full of Halloween stuff since late September.
