not complying with bidders that won auction

is there any way to report a seller not complying with the auction results. it seems we have a seller that is listing coins and if he doesnt get what he wants for them he does not comply with the winning bidder. he has (-7) feedbacks. not sure if is against the forum rules to give you his user name. but personally i think this is wrong , if he wanted a set price he should have listed to reflect that.

Usually, leaving negative feedback will automatically cause someone in Support to have a look at what is going on. However, if you are concerned, you can always use the "Contact Us" form to make sure they are aware. It is the same form you used before to report your own problems. Remember to give lots of details including seller's username and the auction number/s involved.

I made two attempts to send support tickets and they did not go through. See attached link I started on this issue.

I did not mention sellers name, auction details, etc, in my thread. Ebid should be able to pick up on the level of negative feedback, unless it is riding because the seller tried to end those auctions.
