Thank you to Ebid support for solving a ghostly setting in a handful of my listings (due to technical error) which I spotted on my invoice received from eBid today. Though not knowing what the cause is, they have managed to reimburse the problematic fees accordingly. It's an error which has happened before so am wondering if it's the same glitch, but there is nothing worse than receiving a huge Fee invoice which shouldn't be; so this post here is to say thank you once again for the great and personal support I received today with a swift resolution on a Saturday - yes, a Saturday!
