OMG!!...I can't believe it!!!...I actually walked for nearly two miles without my walking stick.

We all had a fabulous time. The weather was totally great...sunny with a nice breeze.

My sister walked with me and we went back to her beach house for bacon rolls and lots of tea.

I'll get my son to take a photo of me tomorrow and will see if I can snatch any photos from the organisers of me walking.

Her cute grandsons were there.....they were such fun to be around.

Dropped by my mum's later and she had forgotten I was doing the walk today then thought I was still married and that my son is my husband...lol

Weird...I walk for the Alzheimer's charity then get to meet up with the real thing when I get home....

Good on you Sunny! Done yourself proud, lassie!

Know what you mean by "meeting the real thing". My wee Mum was suffering from Dementia just before she died. It's a bloody horrible disease, seeing people who were so active and "on the ball" all their lives being brought so low.
