Every bidder a non-payer?

I just had a brand new bidder and payer! Yeah go ebid!!!

eBid in their help files someplace has the procedure to follow for a NPB. I never try to contact "support" (though they are wonderful!!!) until I have followed the procedures outlined for any occurrence out of the norm.

I had an NPB, and followed the procedure but did not know if I was able to relist or had to wait. Sent a message to support outlining all I had done so far (including using the buyer's regular e-mail for contact as suggested) and asked permission to relist the item.

I had a very prompt response, and all was good. They told me my fvf's were refunded as well. I did not even expect that, and it was an added bonus. There seems to be some controversy if the fvf's are refunded automatically when filing the NPB report or you have to ask, or only if you leave a neg. In my case the fee was 46 cents US, so no big deal.

I sold the same item today...actually had TWO bidders, and the winner already paid!!!! I am a happy camper.
