If it helps any, I have received an apology from Gazza and explanation about the listing being removed - human error, no less! Very pleased to hear that there is a human involved in looking at listigs after a report button has been hit and that the mistakes can be quickly rectified. HOWEVER, it doesn't excuse the fact that this can happen so easily and that the seller concerned receives no warning before finding themselves with a strike through their username. so that policy really does need further investigation and tweaking to make it more professional and less hostile.
Gazza is still looking into the glitch that managed to ban some usernames from here, on the premise that an email supposedly kicked back.
Thanks for the speedy responses and quick resolution to the problem. Let's hope it doesn't happen again.
Now, I'm off to the promotions thread to round up all the Twitter user names that I spent so long gathering together, then promptly lost them by err... human error. Oops!
See you all there.
