As a seller+ listing/relisting items, opening and closing auctions doesn't cost anything except a 2% FVF for gallery listings when the item sells.

Any fees that are chargeable at time of listing (as opposed to on sale) are charged again on each repost - be that manual or auto-repost.

So, the likes of Featured, Front Page, extra photos, highlighting, sub-titles, etc, will be charged on each repost.
