I see that in IE7, Chrome & Seamonkey, but not Firefox.
So I'm guessing the ad blocker prevents it showing.

I saw that on chrome around 7pm yesterday, they were not there at 9am, I don't have ad blocker on my laptop.

I've been seeing it all the time for the last week or so using firefox with adblock
When I added it to adblock it screwed the whole page

A couple of <div> that don't appear to be doing anything but show the 'twirly'.
