    I have a potential customer who asked a question about one of my auctions. I replied by saying I would get back to them as soon as I could check out the item. Now I have the answer to their question but ebid won't allow me to contact them again with the answer. How in the world to we communicate with ebid set up like this?

    You can click on the email link to answer a question more than once.

    Frankly I don't see why they just don't mimic feeBay's. It's like they don't trust us to have private messages. We can make FREE listings and not pay you fees, so why would we resort to dealing off the site? Even if it was going to be a local pick up paid for in cash. One more positive feedback is a good thing.

    Surely communication is a two way thing so why not allow more than one response
