As a new eBidder (former feebayer), I had a couple of questions and glitches about which I emailed Support—and not only did they acknowledge each email promptly, they worked with me to get everything fixed and running smoothly in record time! Now I just have to list a lot of things and get some sales. Made my first purchase today also—can't wait to receive my item. As others have said, I sense a real spirit of community here which is such a welcome aspect.I look forward to getting to know many of you.
