I paid the SELLER+ LIFETIME upgrade fee of £49.49 but can see no acknowledgement of this anywhere – and no way of claiming my free T-shirt.

Your status is seller+ on your me page plus you will see it in your My eBid > My Subscriptions

You will need to contact support@ebid.net and let them know what size T-shirt you would like before they can ship one out to you.

You are shown confirmation of your payment status after payment is made. If it is successful you are told the upgrade has been made.
