Possible glitch with entering changes to ebid my subscription

I registered recently but soon discovered that I was listed as BUYER, rather than SELLER.
I logged back on and tried to update this error and it asked for all my bank details again - which I entered.
The screen changed to a default window asking me to re-enter all my bank details again for 'protection' and that all i would to do inthe future is use a code for buying/selling.
i didn't want this facility and tried to get back to my previous screen but as i did, it was all blank and i had to RE-ENTER my bank details yet again!
this is ridiculous because all i'm trying to do is change BUYER to SELLER which is what i thought i'd clicked on originally at registration stage.
no amount of trying will change this and god knows how many times i've had re-enter my bank details.
Is ebid having a laugh?!
What's the solution?
