Canada Post shipping options.

Hi,
I’m not sure if this is the correct forum to ask these questions (new to eBid). This is a question about missing shipping options.

While listing some small items on eBid Canada, in international shipping I selected “letter” for package size. To my surprise there is no “international letter mail” or “light packet” in the “international shipping services” drop down menu. Only the “small packet surface” and “small packet air” are shown for smaller items.

The “light packet” service is for envelopes that contain items other then “paper”. It requires a custom declaration to be attached. It much more economical for small items then “small packet” is.

Could these two shipping services be added?

Seems you are using "Calculated Shipping"?

Canada Post only provide pricing for the following shipping methods via their API
http://sellonline.canadapost.ca/Deve...ProductID.html

As you can see the methods you mention are not provided automatically from them. You do have the option of using "Flat Rate" shipping and adding the price in yourself where the methods are available.
