I just hope I don't get any strong cravings and grey is coming again this weekend again and that makes it harder, I had to walk out of an isle in Asda last night as two people where in it and they stunk of cigarettes, I just couldn't believe it, I have never been near anyone who smelt so bad even when I have stopped smoking before, they stunk the whole isle out

No these two anyone would have smelt........I mean they really stank, normal smokers i can just walk past and think "they just had a ciggy" They were at the top of one isle and I was in the middle of it and we had to walk out the bottom of it it was that bad. But like you mean it will help put me off more.

Morning Buttons , well done , now you know what the smell of smoke is like , absoluetly mingin , give yourself another few wekks and you will smell them across the street...if possible ??? big if ....put the money you save into a jar....then you kbow where it has gone / is ....when my missus stopped ( years ago ) she actually paid for a new kitchen , well she might have had a little help from the bank book....but the point is...it shows what can be done......I am sure Trish is just lying low for a bit or maybe on holiday ????.........just keep going , you are doing fine......papa.
