Trav**odge have some easy to find bargains for around Preston & I have clicked through on their web and all that I clicked were valid, so might book a family room in Blackpool (which is what these prices are for)

Never Go to a travelodge Sarah, they're customer service is apaulling and they're breakfast is either over cooked or under cooked. plus they take the money off you instantly and they do not offer the good night guarantee so getting a refund from them is about 5%. They are one of the worst hotels ever to stay at.

Breakfast was fine in travelodge Manchester last week Craig, I should know because I had three plates full of it! I don't require much in the way of customer service, just give me the key card and tell me where the room is - that's all the customer service I require. I don't know what a 'good night gaurantee' is, but as long as the room is clean and comfortable, any hotel is as good as the next for me.

Good of you to put it to such a thorough test, just for us. To suggest that every chef in every branch of a major chain is guaranteed to over or under cook anything is silly. Standards are bound to vary in any chain. They may be generally good or bad, depending on their employment policies, pay etc, but going beyond that is just transparent bias, I'm afraid. Craig's made it very clear that he's a company man through and through, to the point of repeatedly advertising his employer on eBid's boards - I wouldn't take too much notice of his views on the subject.

I did wonder! I have two employers who'd be very happy for me to promote their stuff here, I'm sure.

Ive used both of these and with the free towels the Premier Inn one lasted longest, the travel lodge one fell apart .
Only problem with Premier Inn the TV was a bit of a job to get off the wall.
