still got the non paying bidder glitch

still cant report a non payer whom I sent an invoice to and 2 reminders and I still get the ebid error saying I cant report it untill I have sent the 2 reminders GRRRRRRR

I thought you had to send 3 payment reminders at least 24 hours apart.

You are right bunsock it's always been three payment reminders unless anything has been changed lately.

I have sent 3 and an invoice but the error message said it had to be at least 2, still wont work with 3 though and it still says I need to send at least 2

If the message is now saying 'at least two' then something must have been changed and has gone wrong in the process as it's always been three in the past. I would contact support, it would be quicker than waiting to see if Gazza spots it here.

Thanks Dropsies must have missed that announcement somewhere along the line. I've still been sending three ! Always did think that was a bit excessive so glad it's changed.
