Trouble verifying with Repatoo and locke out of ebid

I have been trying to verify my feedback with repatoo and have the green tick marks by both eBay and eBid. But I still can't get into my My EBid Page to view my listings or to add any. The site just takes me in constant circles telling me to log in, enter ID & password....I do that. The tells me to provide Repatoo ID......I do that...then prompts me to import feedback....I do that and end up right back where ai started -- log in, enter ID & password, etc. This feels like GroundHog Day. I have contacted customer service several times and they just keep giving me the same mantra -- to go do the above procedure....I do it again, and again, and again.....many times...maybe 20 or more. Does not work. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I am very frustrated, for I have spent well over an hour on this so far today and still cannot view my listings or add to them. Help!

Sorry I can't help, but it must work as thousands of other ebidders have done it.

I'd say just slow down, make a few listings and try again in a day or so.

If you keep trying time after time, you may be just creating some sort of loop.

You do realise (don't you?) that when you click on the Request Feedback Import button that the import is not immediate - all you submit is a request for eBid admin to do it, which may take a short time.

You are showing as having imported your eBay feedback; where you expecting more?

You are both absolutely correct. I am just an impatient cuss. Thank you for taking your time to tell me to save mine! Works fine now. And Mel, I could just barely resist that button.
