Buddy Point Exchange

Would love to see this option added where a seller or buyer could opt to tranfer buddy points to another eBidder. Think of the possibilities. Sellers could accept buddy points along with other payment options. Buddy points could be gifted to a charity. An inactive eBidder could choose to transfer buddy points to another eBidder. The possibilities are endless......but good!

Airlines are doing this with reward points. You can actually give points to charity, buy gift cards, travel, etc.

I thought of this because I recently saw an inactive user with a bunch of buddy points just lanquishing away. What a waste.

I think it would be great if you earned Buddy Points when you bought something on ebid.

I'd like such a system, but.... I can think of about a million site improvements I'd rather have first. Given how precious the guys' time is, I can't see this as a priority, sorry.

I have bought several things on ebid.

And I certainly agree that there are many things with a much higher priority for the boys attention.

I think it would be great if you earned Buddy Points when you bought something on ebid.

Buddy points are given to you as a buyer when you make an offer above the reserve price or when you BIN.

I went for 'Leave them as they are' mainly cos there are other improvements Da Boyz will be working on.

And also, I have just started spending some of mine - love the eBid bag!!!
And by the colour of my face I should have got the eBid cap to shade me from the sun!!! ...

If viewed as a payment system, it's priority exceeds Amazon (at this time); and broadens the way payments could be sent or received. This poll is not asking for the option to be implemented now. Just an option or idea that could be considered for eBid at some point in time. BTW, why do The Boyz have to do everything? Decentralization might be a handy structure for the growth trend.
