Add "Contact Us" link to top and bottom of all pages

It seems that a lot of people have trouble finding out how to contact the Support team. Many of the people who have recently asked are from the U.S. - the target market for eBid expansion.

Perhaps eBid could make the site a little friendlier for the new users by removing some of the hoops that they need to jump through to get to Support.

It is easy if you look under Help.
Buy anything that makes things easier for newbies has to be good

So true. And a percentage will still be complaining that for their teeny tiny fees they're not getting 24hr multi-lingual phone support too.

It's a well recognised phenomenon that the easier you make contact, the greater the number of frivolous calls/messages you receive. Much as I find the squealing tiresome, I can understand why putting a few minor obstacles in the way is a good plan (and standard practice on many sites) - only those with a real need make the effort. You've only got to look at the people using 999 to ask when the next bus is due etc to appreciate the reality of this situation.

I agree, and suggested similar before. Help button, to me, doesn't say 'Contact Us,' tho it does to some people. Help is info, and Contact Us is Contact Us............................YES!! Go for it, support!! Keep it simple!!

Agree with HM on this one; the simpler for some of us, the better.
