Google checkout help

Hi I am new to eBid and so far finding it confussing...i am trying to find my merchant id and merchant key so i can add google checkout to my payment choices...only when i sign into google cheackout i cant find it anywhere..
could someone please give me a step-by-step guild to finding it on google cheackout
An idiots guild so to speck.......really want to start selling on here but its driving me mad.......lol ahhhhhhhhhh..!!!!
