    Their words not mine!
Exactly - it says you ''CAN'' - doesnt say you WILL.
Dont take the gallery image option - and it is exactly what you will get.

Gallery image is an upgrade - which is chargeable at 2% fvf.

Its all there in black and white.

Its a really good deal, here in NZ on our local version of ebay - Trademe they charge a listing fee, a fee to have a gallery pic and a final value fee.

A while ago, they increased the gallery pic fee, and with the low STR on auction sites these days there was a mass revolt and now over half of the auctions don't have a gallery pic.

So here on ebid, we need to consider ourselves very lucky.

In many places, when referring to Seller+, eBid state 'Zero Listing Fees' and 'Zero Final Value Fees' (See the offer boxout at http://uk.ebid.net for an example). They do not make it clear that this is conditional and fees can become payable unless the basic (Free) listing format is used. I raised this a long time back (as they are leaving themselves open to a charge of false advertising) but they have never done anything about it.

Yes, the fee table does exist; the user should not need to find and read that to gain clarification on this rather misleading statement.
