Me too Meebo. I don't dare bother her too much as these are allusive birds. I have never had one this close to the house before.

They are so gorgeous!!! I remember them being about,especially on the birdfeeder in winter, in ILL and MN..............totally awesome birds.......such a great flash of color!

I've just googled cardinal bird - aren't they colourful! I hope the parents manage to raise them & you get the chance for more pics
