    Yes he was thanks Red.......I idolized my dad, he got killed in Canada years later when I was 24 and I was devastated

    No that is fried up leftovers, this was just plain old mashed potato with cabbage diguised in it ! Had me fooled for years !

    Thats B&S in my book, although occasionally the cabbage my be replaced with sprouts on top. Must be fried nice and crispy brown with a fried egg on top
