Thats B&S in my book, although occasionally the cabbage my be replaced with sprouts on top. Must be fried nice and crispy brown with a fried egg on top

What is it with grandmothers and cabbage ?! I used to hate cabbage as a child so my grandmother used to make me a 'special' recipe called Gemüse which I ate quite happily. I only found out years later that Gemüse was just the German word for vegetables and she had just been feeding me mashed potato with cabbage in it !
