Why do people close their threads before they get the help they asked for?

oh - ok........I thought maybe the UK did things differently! We didn't have (at least my family never did) Lucozade, and I only heard of it once I came over here to the UK. Thanks for clarifying.............

My son has particularly brittle Diabetes so we keep in a stash of little Lucozade bottles in case of an emergency.

Only thing is...he loves the stuff so much that he guzzles away at it and ends up with a high blood sugar emergency which kind of defeats the object.

I think you can now get Lucozade lite, (Lucozade with all the Lucozade taken out).
