Facility to send one payment reminder from the invoice on multiple item purchase.

I might be missing the obvious..............but

On an invoice with multiple items.......then the buyer fails to pay,
it's an absolute pain having to go to each individual auction to send a payment reminder (twice).

Can we have the "payment reminder" on the combined invoice as well pleeeeeeze.

I think in that case... all you need to do is,
Resend Invoice. It worked for me, even though I didnt know it existed.

Resending the invoice doesn’t count as a reminder. However, initially it is a good way of reminding your buyer. I am afraid that if your buyer isn’t going to pay you still have to do 3 payment reminders for each item followed by NPBs. I agree that being able to do multiple payment reminders from the invoice would be a very helpful facility.

You may re-send an invoice which will count towards the 2 reminders needed before an NPB report can be recorded.

That is correct. I have had to do it a couple of times in the past with no problems.

"Resend Invoice" dosn't equate to "Payment Reminder" in my old brain.....

I'll have to wait for the next NPB now lol....then give this a go!
