Why can I only enter a buy now price?

I have just joined as a seller+ and have set up the first sale BUT I can only insert a buy now price and I simply cannot see how to place a starting bid/ reserve price as these boxes are greyed out and I cannot use them... so, what am I doing wrong?

untick the "fixed price" box maybe?

Or deselect "run until sold" which can only apply to fixed price.
