Tornado day here in Joliet. Just had 1 touch down a few miles south of us.
Earthquakes in Japan and Spain, Flooding in our South, devastating tornadoes tearing through the Midwest a few weeks ago.
I think Mother Nature might be a little ****ed!

I think high winds scare me more than any other of nature's moods, Thankfully I have never experienced anything like a tornado - and will be happy to go to my grave having missed out on the experience.
Hard to call a preference at least with a tornado you can hear and see it coming and seek refuge. Other disasters...Earthquakes, Tsunami's, Volcanoes and hurricanes you really can't hide.
I might be off base here but it appears all of our natural disasters seam to be getting more frequent lately. Quite scary.
I was referring to what we get in the UK. We don't tend to suffer the extremes of nature that many other places do. Even our very rare earthquakes just rattle your false teeth in the glass at the side of the bed and not much more.
I was unaware. If that's the case make room for me, my little darlin and my three legged dog Tripod...we're coming over. Consider yourself rather lucky for that. I have lived in the Midwest all my life our disasters are snow storms, heavy rains and tornados also the threat of nuclear disaster (I'm in Illinois we have the most nuclear plants of any state in the US). I still consider myself luckier then folks who have to deal with other natural disasters.
Ya think maybe?
I hate tornadoes, they scare me more than anything. I've lived through blizzards and Nor'easters without a hitch when I was up North, but there's something about funnel clouds that scares the ^&*% out of me. Maybe too much Wizard of Oz when I was a kid...
Best wishes for many sales to all,
