100% on Canadian, USA and International
If I change the receivers Canadain postal code to Y1A 1A1 then Express post works.
Thanks Gazza for all your hard work on this trouble. I hope all the sellers realize how fast you fixed this problem. Other auction sites would take months to fix a problem like this.

The shipping calculator is functioning but is not giving the correct shipping cost.
I made a test listing 41892783 for 100 grams, 21 x 15 x 2 cm.
Here are the results:
Domestic Shipping from V3C 3T2 to J6S 1Z7 for 1 item(s)
Canada Post Expedited Parcel to J6S 1Z7 = C$10.33
0 kg 100 gr package. C$0.00 handling fee included.
Canada Post Regular Parcel to J6S 1Z7 = C$10.33
0 kg 100 gr package. C$0.00 handling fee included.
Canada Post Xpresspost to J6S 1Z7 = C$11.58
0 kg 100 gr package. C$0.00 handling fee included.
Canada Post Priority Courier to J6S 1Z7 = C$29.99
0 kg 100 gr package. C$0.00 handling fee included.
Here is the Canada Post Website results for Expedited Parcel (others are similar)
Expedited Parcel™ 6 business days (Guaranteed) $11.77
Base Price $10.33
Coverage* $Update $0.00
Fuel Surcharge $0.88
Options $0.00
Tax $0.56
Total $11.77
Notice that the eBid shipping calculator is only picking up the base Price of $10.33 and not the additional shipping costs of Fuel Surcharge and Sales Tax. So the calculator is not giving a correct calculation. eBid should be able to pickup the Fuel Surcharge but I do not know about the sales tax. Sales tax is based on seller location (province) and buyer location (province) as well as complicated rules for different Canada Post services. Some provinces have HST, some just GST, some GST and a PST. A real mess. Hopefully Canada Post sends back both results as Canadian sales taxes are a big pain (many rules).
Updated
PS I made another test listing 41892987 for USA shipping options and the same issue is there for services that use fuel surcharge (Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel USA). There is no sales tax issue because there is no sales tax on postage over $5 for shipments going outside Canada (another crazy sales tax rule). Please note that Small Packet Surface and Airmail are flat rates with the fuel surcharge built in to the rates (for a year until new rates come into effect next Jan).
PS Light Packet USA and International are missing from calculated shipping option. The service is weight based at 100, 250 and 500 grams for different rates. It is similar to Small Packet USA and International at 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 (not USA, Intl only) grams. On eBay, if I had an item with a quantity greater than 1, if the buyer bought more than 1 item in the listing, the shipping calculator would add up the weight and bump up into the next weight class (from 100 to 250 grams) if the total item weight exceed the class it was in. I do not know how the eBid calculator works in this kind of situation of purchasing more than one item. I happen to use this ebay feature a lot to calculate the correct shipping cost for me. I sell mainly Light Packet.

Gazza, I am probably being impatient but is this error in the Canadian shipping calculator being looked into? In it's current implementation, the calculator is giving costs that are under the true cost by a substantial amount.
* BUMP *
The shipping calculator for Canada still has the wrong amount showing as described in my previous post.
Status? Being worked on? Issues?
