Am I compulsory join one of one seller+ program before I sell?

When I go to seller page, I was forced to ask to subscipt a program.

Because I want to try to sell under free of charge first before I go futher, can anyone tell me how can I sell free of charge first before I subscript any seller+ program?
Which key do I need to press? and how?

U have to pay the seller+ and use the free auction listing to sell for Free.

I haven't made any sales yet but can list for free. But as I want to accept payment by Paypal I have to do platinum listings apparently? And pay 5p per listing. Not sure how that works

there is a 0 dollar option on video, but I find I do not have such option, I was force to pay 149 or 199, this 2 plans, please advice.

Prob if you don't have that option you prob already are a seller.

while you are on the ebid site check at the top right next to your name it should tell you your status like seller or seller+.
