I have had one parcel lost here since I joined and one was "lost" a couple of weeks ago but not on ebid. I put "Lost" simply because after looking at the feedback left by this particular buyer I have my doubts that it didn't arrive. I remade the item exactly as the original item and resent it registered post but no feedback was left. I know I should have charged extra on the postage for tracking in the first place but quite honestly I try to offer my prices as low as I possibly can and if the item is reasonably low cost I take the cheapest option and hope it arrives ok. Anything that is too expensive or can not be replaced I always track.

I feel so lucky. Not only did I recieve all my YDC purchases but they came very quickly. The packages didn't even look like they had been looked at. I must live right.

Had a message today to say the parcel I sent 31.3.11 hasn't arrived yet. I posted several on the same day, most seemed to arrive quite quickly. This was was a large one but not sure if that makes a difference, would have thought it should have arrived by now anyway.

I sent a recorded delivery item off on 8th April, showing on royal mail website that it is currently being processed through their network for delivery.

I've sent recorded items before which have shown on the tracking as not being delivered, but when I've contacted the person they had received it. I think sometimes either a signature isn't obtained or they just don't update the system to say delivered.

Had a reply from Royal mail saying that they could only compensate me with a book of stamps and telling me I needed to provide the certificate of postage next time. I phoned them to say I did include that, the person I spoke to was very helpful and said he would check file. I phoned again today and they have told me they definately do not have it and suggested to sellotape it to the form next time. The value of the stamps wasn't that far off the amount I claimed, and I did need some stamps so I'm not going to make a big thing of it, I'm just not impressed at the incompetence of them misplacing the receipt then telling me I didn't enclose it.

I have to make another claim now as a parcel from 31.3.11 has not arrived, will make sure receipt is well attached to the form this time!

Hmm, received another letter from Royal Mail today regarding the same claim again telling me the compensation is limited to the stamps already received due to the evidence provided, do they even listen?

It's not about the money which is a small amount, I just don't appreciate repeatedly being told I have provided the relevant evidence when I have. Looks like I'm going to have to claim for another parcel now which is of a higher amount, have no faith that it will be dealt with properly.

I have today received a cheque £12.68p from Royal Mail for non-delivered item posted Recorded Delivery on 9.3.11.
It is a full refund of item plus p+p so I am happy. My lovely Buyer, who is grieving not receiving, had the grace to do positive feedback too so I am happy not to lose out but sad for my Buyer.

The one I've just claimed for was sent 9.3.11 as well. Two in one month not turned up, not good.
