Will giv it a try tomorrow and look what diclofenac is first.
I got my GP to ring me this evening and got an appointment at 2.00 ish on monday, he said my back is just in spasm, I know it isn't from past xrays, he told me to stand up straight....................some help that was......... anyway ended up in bed again at 6pm crying

I can vouch for the airbed as thats worked for me in the past. Recently i've ended up with a mattress topper that my bro got and didnt use. I've put it between the mattress and fitted sheet and have slept alot better since. Whilst i do get a hefty amount of backpain as part of my own stuff, it sounds like you have a more prolongued version and i can only hope it gets sorted for you soon buttons.

More stock turned up today so have listed it before I was tempted to use it myself
am all aches and pains following my physiotherapy session on Tuesday
my husband has me and takes low doses of amitriptiline to help with nerve pain. He finds it helps.
