We put our parakeet's cage in the garden yesterday and today and today he had a visitor of his own kind. But from what I saw I don't think he was impressed

Will giv it a try tomorrow and look what diclofenac is first.

I can vouch for the airbed as thats worked for me in the past. Recently i've ended up with a mattress topper that my bro got and didnt use. I've put it between the mattress and fitted sheet and have slept alot better since. Whilst i do get a hefty amount of backpain as part of my own stuff, it sounds like you have a more prolongued version and i can only hope it gets sorted for you soon buttons.
Just realised i needed to mod my old signature. No set categories yet, but i'll work on that now i am back and update as able
