Morning all and once again happy birthday Sarge.

Had a listing run yesterday so back over 300 again.
No losses overnight, but i have reduced prices on both lots of items, so we shall see.
Just realised i needed to mod my old signature. No set categories yet, but i'll work on that now i am back and update as able

I know I should do something different chaps but a Sergeant Major's work is never done, even on her birthday !

Thank you all for the good wishes troops, planning a lazy day and then going out for a meal with family and friends this evening. Cadet Malcolm has just arrived home after being AWOL for two days with a huge bunch of flowers for me !

You could try Voltarol gel, it does contain Diclofenac though, also a warm pad over the damaged area. Another thing that may help is to lay on an airbed, sounds daft but it does work. don't totally inflate it though. Try and keep away from the pain killers, I think you already take a fair cocktail!

Poor Private Buttons. I was just wondering if your doctor's surgery could get you some acupuncture on the NHS if you can't have the pain killers ? I know your case is servere Buttons but it might be worth asking if it would do any good just to tide you over until they make the decision on what to do next.

Well, as the Captain has decreed that we are not allowed to sell anything - and as the Macdonalds must eat - the garden has beckoned and we've been clearing and digging ready to plant our veggies! The soil is fabulous here (having spent many years trying to grow stuff on Brighton solid chalk and Guildford solid clay!) and everything grows like mad - mostly the weeds! Why do stinging nettles always hide so you can't see the blighters until you put your hand on one??

The cows seemed to think it all very interesting - all lined up against the fence watching - or maybe they were laughing - hard to tell with cows!! But I heard the first cuckoo of the year - so Spring is truly here and very beautiful it is too!
