Currently I print off the invoice and slip that in to my parcels. I would like to see the eBid logo on the Printing version as seen on the 'View Invoice' (unless I'm doing something wrong and need to amend a setting somewhere?)

I also print off an invoice to include...but if the buyer has already paid before I issue an invoice then I have to send the invoice before I can print it off. In those instances, if they have paid by Paypal, I print off the Paypal packing slip instead as I don't think sending an invoice asking for payment after the buyer has paid is appropriate. I do state on my eBid invoices to ignore if already paid...but I would really like to have a packing slip option on eBid.

Agree with the above, I usually send a copy of the auction itself, (so the buyer can see they're getting what they paid for), or sometimes a copy of the Paypal payment page, but it would be nice to have a separate eBid packing slip to be included in packages.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I use my eBid invoice as a packing slip to print. Also, if my buyer paid before I send an invoice then that's no problem either. I like to keep my AAL tidy so I just send an invoice anyway, and state: This invoice is for our records only. Payment of XXXXX has been remitted and cleared via XXXXXX

    Easy.

    Hi Guys
I have a template packaging slip prepared as a word document, where I fill in the item bought. it has a message to the buyer thanking them for buying and refers them to my shops and how to contact me if they have any problems with the item. I also use this to welcome newbies and explain a bit about ebid.
All takes time but I think its worth the effort.

That said it seems very quiet at the moment, no sales for a while.

    Cheers, Alan

Please have a look at my shops, you may find something you like!!
