I had to emails so far: one reporting on the breakthrough of growing milk cocoa beans for easier making of milk chocolate. The other scratch and sniff downloadable backing paper (card making) - strawberry and chocolate

France is to offer tummy tucks on the state to all women who have given birth to twins. An official announcement is expected on April 1st from L'Association Pour le Rétablissement Immédiate de la Ligne. Avril de Poisson (pictured above) who is expecting twins said " I have been worried about how the birth may affect my figure, so this is marvellous news. In fact it's almost too good to be true."

Appeared in The Connexion - a newspaper about France in English - delivered today. In France if children manage to play a prank on you on April 1st they shout "Poisson d'avril".

There was a large 'planning application' notice outside our local library. Bearing in mind the size of the Library (small), the land it stands on and being opposite the church:

'A planning application has been received to convert the library into a 100 seat Indian Restaurant with ornamental roof and lifesize concrete elephant on the lawn outside' The application looked 'official' on what appeared to be a very good copy of Warwickshire Country Council paper.

Well I did my own good April fool on someone this morning, cant stop laughing, they fell for it well and truly!
I did a good one a few years ago too that went down equally well. They were both 'high impact'
There's a Ken Bruce deejay impersonator on Radio 2 today.
