I have a postage table which helps me with all the postage prices.
My plan at the end of the month is to
- Export my listings,
- Search and replace postage prices in Excel,
- Reload the listings

As said earlier, I don't know why eBid does not use one to give us calculated postage. The US have it (albeit calculated via the mail carrier) yet our postal system is far easier to calculate and we do not. All you need is Weight + Letter/Large Letter/Packet + Zone + Service. A simple lookup table would do the job. It would avoid the need for the annual scramble to update postage on every listing. All you would need is to update the table on the day the prices went up.
This one is being cut very fine....

I posted on their facebook wall about it earlier, and they've replied that an update is planned for Saturday morning.
That is taking Kaizen a bit far! Anything bought over the weekend would need to be charged at the new postage rates!
