Featured Listings being Charged on reposted items

I just looked at my ebid fees for this month and I noticed that I have been charged featured listings fees for several auctions. I have never used featured listings and the items that have this charge are items I re-posted this month. I have sent a report to support and requested these fees back but now I have just noticed 2 more items.

I am being charged featured auction fees on the following items: 40524615, 40326585, 40038279, 39259981, and 39318903.

Something is going wrong when re-listing items. I only gallery listings and somehow this is being changed to featured. I have gone in and changed items to gallery now but there is definitely a problem with re-listing/re-posting.

This has happened to me on several occasions. Just contact support with Auction ID numbers and they will sort it out for you. They are REALLY quick too, so contact them ASAP before the new invoices are printed

Just noticed 4 of mine had the same situation. I manually changed them back to Gallery. However, I'm leaving town soon and I certainly hope I don't return to find a big batch of my listings has been running as Featured.

All I did was delete/repost, then edited item after it was reposted. Something went wrong along the way. I was not asked during editing if I wanted to 'pay' the featured listing fee nor did I notice it was ticked. This has not happened before. There is definitely a problem.

I have contacted support and they have removed 3 of the fees. I have just sent them a reply with the 2 other listings. Hopefully they will delete those fees before invoicing.

I am very disheartened that it has not yet been sorted and I think admin should explain why it has not.

OK, you spotted it and were confident enough to deny blame and request your money back. How many just cough up?

I never used the back button when editing, so I'm not sure what caused it. You'd think that it would 'ask' if you were willing to pay the fee....if it had done that I would have noticed it and changed it.

You're right though.....I think a lot of sellers are not going to very be happy with this month's invoices if they did not notice it like me.

Just go to my ebid and on left side scroll down to my ebid fees [or something to that effect]. Click on it and you'll see your fees for this month. It will show if any items are being charged the featured fee.
