Default Is it possible to try and contact someone personally?

    Hi Guys
Just had another ? non payer, but I am just a little bit concerned. i feel there is something wrong with this one.(hope I'm not going soft in my old age!!!)

Up to mid Feb they had 100% positive feedback of over 320 since joining in April last year. They won an auction item at the beginning of March, but i have had no response since to invoices, questions.
I know this happens occasionally with newbies but I am just a bit concerned about this buyer- have they just gone bad or maybe there is a genuine reason behind it
So i was wondering if support have any way of trying to find out?

Maybe I should just write it off with a negative feedback, (probably the answer I will get back!!) Maybe I am being too concerned??!!or too patient? Things sometimes happen I know beyond our control so ...??

So is there any way to try and find out other than by sending them a question. I appreciate there may not be a response even from an official question but I thought it might be worth a try.
I know some will say why waste the time and I agree to a point-- but if there is a genuine reason?? i just have a feeling about this one. I don't know-- advice greatly appreciated
We all try to help each other here on ebid so leaving negative feedback is hard at times.

    Many thanks
    Cheers guys
    Alan

I feel that sending them 2 more invoices which you must do before leaving a negative or getting the FVF back, ask them if there is a problem. I don't think eBid will give your there personal email.

ways forward are one of the following
1- Leave neg and move on
2- Contact support and ask for buyers phone number and call them. (I would not do this I would just email direct and proceed with NPB process if needed)
3- If they sell, and have a store see when they last logged in, this could help you make your mind up
4- Wait a bit longer and do 1,2 or 3 above

which, for newbies benefit, is in the email eBid sends both buyer and seller when an item has sold.

Thanks for the quick responses. I will try the email route. I have already sent 3 invoices (2 resends) and 2 questions.

I'll let you know if anything turns up

    Cheers, Alan

    Hi Guys
The email route worked a treat. The buyer had been without a computer for a while, had just borrowed one and picked up my email straight away.
She found my invoice and paid for the item, full of apologies. Fortunately no other issues.

I know it is easy to give up on a buyer or seller when they don't respond, but there just may be a genuine reason why.
The email route, buyers email address comes with the win notification as raindropsies and HM said above, so this might be an option in the future if we have a problem.
I know I have been lucky this time and there may not be a response next time but it is another avenue of contact worth considering.

Thanks for the advice, greatly appreciated
    Cheers, Alan
