Just had to send 6 separate AAL emails for shipped items that were on a single invoice with discounted shipping - why?
I can't find a way to do it as a single entry in the AAL, does anyone know of one?
I'm thinking of the customer experience here - getting six emails to say a single package has been despatched can be confusing for newbies - not to mention getting flagged as potential spam - will the customer now think I've sent six packages, or will they read the registered delivery serial numbers and realise it's one package? Whatever happens, I feel this is something that needs simplified in the system, for both buyer and seller.
Of course, the facility might be there and I've just not found it ... after 8 years as an eBid seller, and a lot of non-imported feedback.
