Or that they do plan on buying as i'd say there is substance in the theory that people are more likely to list again and more often if their items are selling

Maybe i could take a small detachment behind enemy lines and sell our items to their civilians. Surely thats got to be favourable... I'd call it a peace envoy. No need for them to shoot at us if they can get the stuff without bloodshed
