I am new to eBid and I am trying to import my eBay listings from Turbo Lister. I hhave downloaded them as TL .csv format and tried to import but I am getting the error This is not a familiar file format I am using Ubuntu not WIndows so don't know if that should make any difference.

Any help would be much appreciated
