Thinking I had put in the wrong password,I changed it a couple of times but the new passwords were not accepted.

I don't want to give details of account numbers again so why does the new passwords not work?
I am finding this irritating and I don't want to buy anything..besides if the passwords don't work I couldn't pay anyway!!!
Not impressed but realise security comes into play.
