Need to access PPP but password doesn't work!

As I haven't been active on Ebid for a long time and know there are funds in my PPP account,I attempted to log in today but couldn't access it.
Thinking I had put in the wrong password,I changed it a couple of times but the new passwords were not accepted.

I wish to find out how much I have in the account,but as I can't access it what can I do.
I don't want to give details of account numbers again so why does the new passwords not work?

I am finding this irritating and I don't want to buy anything..besides if the passwords don't work I couldn't pay anyway!!!
Not impressed but realise security comes into play.
Can anyone help?

Sorry - all I can think of is contact support. Click the help button top right of page. You will find contact us tab...click, and contact them. good luck...

p.s. I don't use pppay, so know nothing about it.
