Default How do I reclaim back my fees?

    Hello all,

I am still fairly new to eBid and recently had my 1st NPB. I just wanted to know how I go about reclaiming back any final sale fees?

I have already marked the AAL with non paying bidder option. Any help would be most appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Use the help section at top right Dark. Make your request and I am sure it will be delt with at a reasonable speed. Good luck & I am sorry you had a NPB.

I had to do this just yesterday evening, I emailed support with auction ID, buyers ID and my details and they sent me a ticket id no to say they recieved my email then within 12 minutes my fees were returned and an email sent to tell me so. That is what I call excellant service from real people and not robots, thanks guys.
