Idea for my theatre group on ebid

I posted elsewhere the other day about selling advertising space in theatre programmes to raise funds for my theatre group on Ebid. Got good feedback for that idea (promotes Ebid, as well as raising funds for the group) so I went ahead.

Anyway its the first time we have sold advertising space, to people other than "the guy we know who owns a shop down the road", so any feedback on information given in the ad etc, would be gratefully recieved in order to optimise the [hopeful] sales - Auction ID:39012722. I have covered expected audience/readership, what might be of especial interest to the expected audience, size of advert, what the show is, what the theatre group is, etc. (things I would want to know if buying advertising space elsewhere).

I immediately found myself wondering what format I was supposed to supply the ad in. Pure text for you to format, or formatted text to drop in, or text & maybe pics/decoration as an image (what sort) etc.
