Can't preview or start auction

Went through the form and steps to create a listing; got to the end and clicked on 'preview listing' and nothing happens. Don't see any option to 'start' the auction. Is it because I'm using Firefox? or ????

OK now, tried a 2nd time to go through the whole process and this time it worked.

You say 'nothing' happens. Could you tell us what exactly happens?

Hi, actually I'm finding this when I am listing a similar item too, if you fill in the form and try to press preview listing nothing happens, so I have to refesh the page, I then lose all my input including pictures apart from my new title, it then works fine. So what Im having to do is sell similar, amend the listing title, click refresh and then complete the listing, I am also using firefox, any ideas anyone? Thanks Dawn

I think there have been a few blips on FF lately, Dawn. I'm using IE and have no problems.

Hello Dawn, and welcome to eBid!
I also have had problems the same as you, the preview button is frozen and nothing happens when using Firefox.
I have discovered that if you use google chrome to list, everything works just fine.

I've been listing relisting & editing using Firefox 3.6.13 running XP pro, all afternoon, & no problems here
