Don't you just hate muscle spasm & cramps!
My leg locked up this morning and I screamed a great big ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
It took ages for me to straighten my leg! I was pulling faces and grunting like a pig as I tried to straighten my leg!
And all she could do was collapse with merriment and begging me to stop making her laugh!
As if I was doing it on purpose!
morning Pinky , I know the feeling well , I can get them in bed at night or even when standing in a queue...but I must admit the boss has the same problem....and we must be honest , it does look funny when you see others , but by hell it is sore..................... papa.
The pain is unbelievable. My Dr. ask me if my back is the most pain i have felt, i told him nothing compared to muscle spasms or cramped muscles.
My partner does sports injury therapy, and is expert at massaging cramped muscles.
You need warm hands and deep pressure to stop muscle tissue being painful

I used to suffer with restless legs and/cramps during the night, I had the end of the bed raised by a couple of inches and cut right down on my salt intake. Not sure which was the cure but I no longer suffer. Might be worth a try and free too.
