youmeus is having a hip replacement surgery today - Feb 14th. Lovely way to spend Valentines' day....I bet she gets such a pretty hospital gown to wear......hearts and flowers all over it!! lol

And thin white sock and see through knickers ( that I had on my head till they told me wrong end ) maybe they are pink today

You won't have had time yet for the Physiotherapist's visit....... Make sure you are not wearing just the hospital gown for this exercise!!
