'Rude cocktails' doesn't sound rude or offensive to me, there must be another reason for it's removal, why not ask support?

Did you post a picture of the book at all, or of the inside illustrations, that could have been considered too adult? Only thing I can think of, if it wasn't for it turning into a discussion. And happy birthday!

    Thanks, Kimbo.

No, I absolutely didn't post a picture - I admit to trying, but it was too big so I gave up. I followed up with another plug commenting on the response to the first, but it was the day after.

But, it's water under the bridge now. I'll get over it

I wonder if there is some glitch.........seems strange so many threads would disappear for no reason.

If your thread was removed on the Plug your Auctions forum, did you read and comply with the forum rules? Do you know the Plug your Auctions Rules?

Yes, I do know the plug rules. And, yes, as far as I know they were complied with.

You have got me doubting myself now as I obviously have no thread to check.

If I broke the rules, then Mea Culpa.

The only other thing I can think of... each poster is only allowed a single thread in existence (I believed otherwise but was proved wrong a year to two ago) - it's not just about posting, you can only actually have a single thread in the plug forum, even if you don't use them. You're supposed to delete each old thread as you start a new one. I think it's a bit daft, but there you go, that's the rule. You have 16 threads, maybe you'd be better off clearing them all out so that you can't be told off for multiples. Just a thought.

Oh dear; that is probably the reason. I had been told about that by a poster in the past. Remembered the 24 hour bit but forgot the rest.

Many thanks, Kimbo. Will do some housekeeping.
