Hi Dolly,
If your buyer decides after auction end that they no longer want to proceed with the purchase, all you can do is leave appropriate feedback for others to see and then contact support to request your F.V.F. back.
Remember tho that to request a FVF you need to send the buyer 1 invoice and 1 reminder before leaving feedback. When requesting your FVF refunded you will have to email support with the auction number and buyer details as well as the feedback you have left for the buyer.

Neg them.Enough of this go's on on orther sites.Nip it in the bug.
Reincarnation is just another repeat
That happens all the time there and I am tired of it. I like the one where I send the package and they return it unopened marked refund refund!!! I hate when that happens
Personally I would not neg them for cancelling, however I am a business not an individual.
I cannot see justification for negging a buyer who cancels under the distant selling regulations which is all part of business selling on-line
