There is nothing in place to do this, we have asked for this facility so hopefully it will be done.
You can send an invoice with a discont of one of the items, or the buyer can pay for both and then you send a refund.
Or send a Paypal money request for one item.
The buyer was questioning this in another thread. I would suggest contacting customer support and asking them how to go about this.
