oh, would you mind giving details MMIS?

Still on the fence about offering it a as payment method (particularly after 'paying' verification)!

I accept PPPay but when a US buyer tried to pay me that way (a few months ago) it didn't work for them. When I checked the PPPay website, there was a message on their home page that all US transactions were suspended. That message is no longer there, but I'm pretty sure that PPPay is no longer an option for the US as their website now only mentions GBP and Euro payments.

I've not closed my pppay account, as it would cost me to do so I think as my card on there is expired and there is no way I am paying (£1-£2) to have a new card 'penny' checked.

Getting rid of pppay has not had a noticeable effect on my sales. I just offer Paypal, UK cheques / postal orders, unused postage stamps, cash, BACS on all orders plus google checkout on orders over £6 ish

I think we need something like PPPay.

    • Better than Paypal
    • Friendly like Ebid
    • Low cost option like Ebid

    Hi Kev
After receiving payment via PPP I tried to withdraw only to be told that I had to upgrade and pay another verification sum, to be able to access my own money. Sent email to query this and got 1st reply after 3 days.
Am in process of closing A/C.
Paypal maybe robbers but at least they function.

Someone ought to write up PPPay as a case study in a business management course. I mean, how can you have the same two guys come up with ebid, a popular auction site with such a loyal set of users and great customer service, and pppay, which has consistently earned a slagging off by most users for many years? How did they get one so right and one so wrong?
